WEEKLY RECAP: WEEK SEVEN

This week was The Launch Party!

Macker students arrived and began the setup at 2:30 p.m. Our teammates worked very hard to transform O'Kelly's Irish Pub into a colorful, wonderful, Seuss themed atmosphere.

The Launch Party began at 7:00 p.m. and went to 10:00 p.m. Throughout the entire night we had steady attendance, really putting our volunteers (and lovely hosts from O'Kelly's) to work! As you can see below in the picture, we had Jillian and Danielle as our MC's, Spencer, Denny, Alexis, Emily, and Anna doing our 50/50 tickets, the promo team handling the silent auction, and many more!

Our silent auction items were a huge hit, per usual, with some of our biggest items being a homemade Dr.Seuss quilt and a CMU corn-hole set.

We want to thank everyone who helped in making this event successful - our venue O'Kelly's, our amazing partner United Way, all of the families who came out, and all of our volunteers!
